Her first 13 years, she specialized in Private Label Product Development and the past 4 years were spent in Research and Development in bakery manufacturing. She holds a degree in Food and Nutrition, certificates in Baking and Culinary Arts, as well as Food Science. As a grant recipient of the Starter Company Plus, Start-Up accelerator program, Sylvia is adding entrepreneurial skills to her honed leadership and communication skills. Sylvia's unique combination of retail and production experience equips her with a deep understanding of both customer and supplier needs. She is committed to optimizing business operations, fostering efficiency, and delivering innovative solutions that drive success for all stakeholders.
